IV Therapy
What is IV Therapy?
IV therapy is the intravenous delivery of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants to treat and restore balance within the human body. This provides superior absorption and utilization of nutrients in the body by bypassing the GI system. Nutrients and supplements taken oral have an absorption rate of approximately 20%; when delivered intravenously the absorption rate is 100%. Treatment can be used to provide hydration, recovery from illness or physical exertion, boost energy and metabolism, promote healthy skin and hair, and restore overall health.

What should I expect after treatment?
How does IV Therapy work?
An IV catheter is inserted into a vein. This small, plastic catheter delivers the fluids that have been specifically mixed for your treatment needs. Delivering nutrients directly into the circulatory system provides increased bioavailability and improved benefits.
The infusion takes approximately 60 – 90 minutes. Once the treatment is completed, the IV catheter is removed, and a gauze/band aid is placed over the insertion site (this can be removed after 30 minutes).
Treatments can be scheduled regularly or as needed, depending on treatment goals and individual needs.
IV Nutrition
IV Therapy is a great way to boost overall health & well-being. Infusions are given over a 60 – 90 minute period. Once the IV access is started, you can sit back and relax while you give your body a quenching drink of nutrients! Many people report feeling improvement even before they leave the treatment, and benefits can last 1-2 weeks. Treatments are generally safe and well tolerated, but you should let your provider know if you have any medical conditions or sensitivities. You can leave your treatment and resume your regular activities. IV infusions can also be done while receiving other services such as microneedling, hydrofacial, or dermaplaning.
